Bristol Food Connections is delighted to reveal a unique partnership with the BBC who will be hosting one of the main sites for the duration of the festival. Situated down at the waterfront, the BBC hub will be central to the event and visitors of all ages will be able to enjoy the wide programme of activities due to take place.

Speaking of the BBC’s involvement, Stephen Leigh, Series Producer said:

“The BBC will be hosting one of the main sites of the Food Connections Festival on the waterfront.

“Throughout the festival a wide range of BBC broadcast programmes and their stars will visit the site and there’ll be a host of hands on activities designed to inspire deeper knowledge of food and its role in our lives, as well lots of help with everyday cooking skills. With special sessions for schools as well as open events for all the family the BBC will be helping put entertainment, education and participation at the heart of the festival.”
