First Great Western’s Pullman is the UK’s only on-train fine dining and its stunning menu was devised by award-winning restaurateur and chef Mitch Tonks. His menu uses wonderful West Country produce and the wines come from the list of his award winning Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth.
