Join Tim Hayward, Bristol-born food writer, broadcaster and restaurateur, in discussion with four panels of food and drink professionals. Learn from the industry experts the pleasures and pitfalls of life on the inside in a series of sessions designed for those already in the business as well as those who are yet to take the leap.
