Tim Owen is taking over one of Bristol’s best kept secrets, the Mauretania once again for a special pop up event on Thursday 8th. The menu will be seasonal and locally sourced and there will be two sittings – one at 7pm and one at 9pm.
The menu is likely to be:
Owls Bakery sourdough bread, tapenade butter
Amuse bouche
A surprise
Tomato and barley orzotto with marinated feta
Veggie main
Potato and tallegio gratin, wild garlic and radish salad
Lamb hummus kawarma with fatoush salad
Lime tart, spiced rum mascarpone
