Cooking without fire

The Canteen will be showcasing the finest in seasonal and local ingredients and cooking without fire. Highlighting the processes of curing, smoking, and pickling, the events will work in tandem with the natural cycle of life and highlight the fundamental need to work with both seasonal and local produce.

4-5 pm each day

  • Saturday 3rd: ‘Fruits of the sea’ with Wings of St Mawes, register here.
  • Wednesday 7th: ‘Fat from the land’ with Powells of Olveston
  • Saturday 10th: ‘Spoils from the soil’ with The Severn Project, register here.
