As part of Bristol Food Connections The Folk House Café will be showcasing their wonderful local suppliers. During the festival their menu will feature a ‘local product special’, for example ‘Bristol Rarebit’ using local Cheddar and a Wiper & True ale. They will also be holding a special event:
- Thursday 8th, 6.30-8pm: Suppliers evening – suppliers including Wiper & True, Severn Project, Stream Farm and Community Farm will be offering tastings and discussing their business and why local is so important.
