The Surplus Supper Club will feature a menu designed by a celebrity chef and challenge attendees to examine crucial current food systems issues, including waste, poverty, and policy.
The evening will include a three-course dinner followed by a panel of local food experts, set in FareShare South West’s warehouse. FareShare and Bristol Food Connections bank with Triodos, who are sponsoring this event.
