Cuisine+Colour is a sit down meal where colour is delicious and cuisine is to dye for. They serve to pioneer an original way of relishing delectable food through the medium of naturally derived colour. For the duration of four undisclosed courses, diners are at liberty to treat the communal tablecloth and bibs as a canvas. By virtue of eating superb food, diners will curate a unique visual spectacle. Expect a glorious meal, music, late night access to the At-Bristol’s exhibition space and a digital exhibition of the event immediately to follow at The Watershed Cuisine+Colour public after-party.
