Cheese School with Jess Trethowan and Fiona Beckett

Cheese School returns to Food Connections, this time in collaboration with Sam Leach and Beccy Massey of Birch to host a raw cheese and real cider tasting. The afternoon will include a comparative tasting and discussion of the relative merits of pasteurised vs unpasteurised cheeses. There will be a range of ciders open to taste, including a collaborative cider made by Birch and 40 Maltby Street in London. Tickets include a pie lunch.
