Rob Wicks

Rob Wicks is an experienced producer-director who specialises in shooting food and drink stories on location. After 17 years at the BBC he now works freelance filming, directing and editing his own short features. Based in Bristol, but working wherever his appetite takes him, Rob produces food stories for television, print and social media. He’s filmed and photographed good things to eat in breweries, restaurants, cookery schools, fruit-farms, distilleries, camp-fires, pubs, canal boats and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Storytelling is central to all Rob’s work, particularly the kind of story that concludes with the cast and crew eating piles of delicious leftovers.
