STAGE 2 

DEVELOP your event.

The deadline for providing additional information is Monday 12th March.

Once you have submitted an EVENT IDEA form and we have come back to you with our assessment and any questions or suggestions, you’ll have some more time to develop your event.

We’ll provide you with information about marketing, ticketing, reporting and useful guidelines on what happens if you have to cancel, and we’ll need more detailed information about your event.  You can view the DEVELOPING YOUR EVENT guide here.  We ask that you complete an online form linked in the guide, to ensure you agree with our terms and conditions, sustainability guidelines and that you have the necessary insurance and licenses in place.

Our full programme will be released and ticket sales will go live in April.
