The deadline for providing additional information is Monday 12th March.
Once you have submitted an EVENT IDEA form and we have come back to you with our assessment and any questions or suggestions, you’ll have some more time to develop your event.
We’ll provide you with information about marketing, ticketing, reporting and useful guidelines on what happens if you have to cancel, and we’ll need more detailed information about your event. We’ll also ask you to confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions, sustainability guidelines and that you have the necessary insurance and licenses in place. You can find more information about this in our developing your event guide which will be available soon.
Our full programme will be released and ticket sales will go live in April.
