We use quality Italian and local ingredients to make simple but outstanding pizza in a fully-mobile wood-burning oven
The oven cooks the pizza at about double the heat that a normal oven can reach which allows the pizza to be ready in under two minutes and creates a characteristic taste.
Please note that Wood Chop will be open on the Sunday and the Monday only.
