Attendees of the Wai Hee Yong dumpling workshop should expect a fun, relaxed session where they will learn how to fold jiaozi and wontons, and get to taste some cooked potstickers and wonton soup. You will get to take away your own dumplings and wontons to cook at home, along with a goody bag with dipping ingredients & chopsticks.
The workshop will be led by Jo from Wai Yee Hong, in conjunction with Bishopston Supper Club. Bishopston Supper Club is an alternative dining experience in Bristol – home to communal dining events, private catering, and producers of handmade preserves.
The workshop will be held at Bishopston Supper Club HQ in the BS7 area of Bristol, on Saturday 30th April 2016, from 2pm. Attendees will be sent full details in the week prior to the workshop.
