Each course will be accompanied by a glass of beer matched to that dish by the team at Moor Beer, a Bristol brewery with a passion for traditional techniques and incredible flavour.
At each course you’ll be tutored on pairing craft beer with food of this type, and why they have chosen this particular beer.
James (the Spicery owner and founder) and the Spicery development chefs will be on hand to answer all questions food and spice-related. Aside from that, we’ll let the food speak for itself!
