This masterclass event will take you through the wine tasting processes, showing you how to avoid the pitfalls of spillage from swirling taking you through how to taste, evaluate and appreciate both white and red wines. Bread, cheese and pate will be provided so that attendees can try wine matching, and leave with a sense of what they do and don’t like in a wine and the confidence to buy and try different wines in the future.
