Hotpot Supper Club

Hotpot supper club. Chinese style communal hot pot, cooked on the table by you! Hotpot is a fun way of eating and is popular all over Asia.

Known as ‘huoguo’ in Mandarin, hotpot is a 1,000-year-old cooking method. Choose from a fantastic selection of delicious meats, seafood, vegetables and noodles.  Guests will then cook the ingredients at the table, in the communal pot of simmering homemade broth. Lucky diners will fish out the ingredients with ladles, and dip them into a sauce. Take your time and enjoy chatting while cooking and eating what you like at a leisurely pace over the course of the evening.

Includes Chinese tea and a light pudding.

£25 per person.
