Healthy Eating Cooking Club - Breaking bread

A healthy eating workshop where families come together and cook as a team, preparing a three course meal. This will be shared by the entire group at the end of the session, as we break bread together!

Giving people the chance to use ingredients that they haven’t used before, and to follow recipes and cooking methods that incorporate healthy eating.

This event is open to all ages, hoping to span generations and allow family members to work together - not just parents and children but aunties, grandparents and friends. Breaking bread will be a showcase for diversity, both in the recipes used and the families who take part. The aim is to create a positive impact in the Malcolm X Community centre, home to so many groups, initiatives, and activities.

£5 per person. To book your place, call 07934174377 or 07786648524
