The Great British Asparagus Feast

A six-course British asparagus feasting menu from three top Bristol chefs, with a drinks flight from Guardian writer Fiona Beckett. This will be a once in a lifetime, sumptuous six-course celebration of the short but oh so sweet British asparagus season!

There is a stellar line-up of chefs, meaning you can eat at three of Bristol’s top restaurants in one magical night without leaving your seat. Josh Eggleton (Michelin-starred Chef Patron of The Pony & Trap) will create a canapé, main course and cheese board. Jamie Randall (of Bristol’s hot new addition to the food scene, Adelina Yard) has designed the starter, and Seldon Curry, head chef at the highly acclaimed Wallfish Bistro in Clifton will be taking on the fish course. The talented young chefs at City of Bristol College will be on hand to prepare 70 of each dish of the banquet. Full menu to be released shortly.
