A chance for Brandon Trust catering trainees, who have learning disabilities, to test their baking skills. They will source their own recipes and ingredients and, under supervision, bake their delights. The entries will be judged in-house in the 4 Brandon Cafes. The winners will then be put forward for sale during the Food Connections festival for the public to buy, and score! A final adjudication will be made on Friday 6th May at Saint Stephen’s Church Café.
Pop in to any of the Brandon Trust Cafes to purchase the cakes, giving your scores and feedback if you wish! The cakes can be purchased from St Stephen’s Cafe, Park Cafe, the Vassall Centre and Grimsbury Farm.
