Dig in Day

Get growing for a special Dig in Day to celebrate Food Connections!

The Millennium Square Community Garden began in 2014 when At-Bristol Science Centre joined forces with Incredible Edible Bristol and Almondsbury Garden Centre to plant fresh fruit, herbs and veg in the planters outside At-Bristol.

Come and join us with some digging, planting, weeding and watering in the Millennium Square Community Garden beds. You will be welcome to pick any fruit, vegetables or herbs that are ready to take home with you too!

Free event, drop in at any time.

With hundreds of hands-on exhibits to explore, live shows and a Planetarium, At-Bristol is one of the UK’s biggest and most exciting interactive science centres.

Inspired by the global urban edible and food sovereignty movements and the Incredible Edible Todmorden story, the citizens of Bristol are coming together to grow food - and community - in underused and unloved spaces.
