The Cauldron Restaurant Open Night

The brand new Cauldron Restaurant, in the heart of St Werburghs, is opening its door to the Food Connections Festival. The open evening will be designed to showcase the fantastic suppliers and produce available in St Werburghs. Their unique kitchen is fuelled predominantly by charcoal burning in an open pit and Victorian cast iron stove, along with a genuine wood fired oven and the central 60ltr Cauldron.

They will host an exclusive 3 course Connections menu, designed by Executive Chef Henry Eldon, formally of the Cowshed Group.

The restaurant ethos is simple. “We will buy locally when we can. We are passionate about involving local businesses at every opportunity and strengthening the concept of community, our community.” Says Lauren Nash, co-owner and director. The Cauldron caters for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters and lovers of fish.
