Vineyard & Orchard Tour and Tasting with Limeburn Hill and Wilding Cider

A collaborative tour of Limeburn Hill’s biodynamic vineyard and Wilding Cider’s orchard, both located on the south facing slopes of Westfield Farm in the Chew Valley.

The wine and cider makers will take you on a guided walk through the vines and apple trees, demonstrating how they are managed in an organic, biodiverse and sustainable way, and how the farming impacts on the drink.

The tour culminates in a joint tasting of sparkling wine and ciders, where they explain how the cider and wine is produced naturally using wild yeasts and whole juice.

There will also be an introduction to the concept of biodynamic and regenerative agriculture, and a chance to ask questions of the makers.
