Towards a Circular Food Economy for Bristol

How do we make the transition from a linear food system that is endangering biodiversity and human health, to a circular regenerative one?

This is an introductory event about the circular economy and the future of food in Bristol, and a collaboration between The Circle, urban growers and Bristol’s universities.

Speakers will introduce their work in sustainable eating, green technology, urban growing methods, the future of food and the circular economy. Discussion of zero waste principles, regenerative methods and waste to energy production will follow.

There will be chance to find out more about The Circle project and how environmental, economic and social circularity can contribute to sustainable urban developments and what Bristol and its citizens can do to contribute to these ambitions.
