    Thyme Trail

    Theme: Families, Food Journeys
    Venue: City Centre, South
    On: Friday 15th June
    Time: 12:45 pm
Address: Wild Beer, 6-8, Gaol Ferry Steps, Bristol BS1 6WE

Thyme Trail is a herb based walk through the thriving independent food and drink quarter, Wapping Wharf, taking you to various independent vendors who are masters of their culinary field. They’ll be filling your heads with tips, tricks and new ways to cook with herbs at home. Along the trail you’ll get a 20 minute talk from each vendor, learning about how they use herbs and spices in their produce – in ways we may not have considered before – with delicious complimentary tasters at each stop! There will be a variety of produce to try from including artisan bread, ice cream and beer from Wild Beer Co who brew using modern creative techniques whilst also using some of the world’s oldest beer styles.

Thyme Trail have also teamed up with Just Ingredients who are passionate about culinary and botanical ingredients, carefully sourcing the best herbs and spices from around the world. They will be providing a free herb/spice set for you to take home and use in your own kitchen.

Please meet at 12:45 for a 1pm start at Wild Beer Co; this will be our starting point. The trail will last around 2 hours to finish around 3pm back at Wild Beer Co.
