Take Stock of Sustainable Sourcing

This event is curated by the Soil Association, whose Food For Life Served Here and  Organic Served Here schemes award businesses committed to serving sustainably sourced food.
They hope to inspire foodservice professionals to become stewards of sustainability by choosing ingredients that will reduce climate impact and protect our soil fertility, biodiversity and animal welfare and for generations to come.
There will be informative talks, a chef Q&A panel session on serving organic and a marketplace of Soil Association certified organic suppliers and producers.

Speakers: Arthur Potts Dawson (Chefs Manifesto), Chris Millne (Chartwells, Bristol), Tom Hunt (Poco), Paul Collins (Yeo Valley), Phil Haughton (Better Food) and the Soil Association.
