Sleep Workshop with Emma Haverson from The Gentle Touch

What is sleep?  How do babies sleep? Do babies have sleep problems?

This workshop will discuss sleep and look at gentle and attachment parenting and sleep training for babies and children, instant fixes compared with slower techniques and sleep hygiene & lifestyle tips to promote healthy family sleep. Emma Haverson is an empathic and intuitive listener and draws on her background experiences to help women negotiate the transition to motherhood, gaining balance and confidence in their life. In addition to her baby massage and baby yoga teachings, Emma is currently training as an Holistic Sleep Coach and Antenatal teacher & Postnatal Doula.
