Medicinal Mushrooms with Mycotherapist Linda Sims – Brain Snack Session

From ordinary button mushrooms to the more exotic reshi, mushrooms contain bioactive compounds that have been extensively researched for their effect on our health and wellbeing. You will learn which mushrooms can support memory and sleep, help prevent cancer, help combat viral infections and much more. You may want to take notes! Linda Sims runs her nutritional therapy business and lectures at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.

This event is part of Bristol Food Connections Brain Food series, a vibrant and diverse programme of talks and debates getting us to think more consciously about what we eat.

 

This week, Brain Food talks are available at 2-for-1. Come with a friend!
