Linda Sims of Hifas de Terra brings you the world of mushrooms and their therapeutic properties. Linda is Practitioner Account Manager, Mycotherapist Consultant and Nutritional Therapist at Hifas Da Terra, the biotechnology center focused on research, innovation and development of nutraceuticals from medicinal mushrooms.

From ordinary button mushrooms to the more exotic reshi, mushrooms contain bioactive compounds that have been extensively researched for their effect on our health and wellbeing. You will learn which mushrooms can support memory and sleep, help prevent cancer, help combat viral infections and much more. You may want to take notes! Linda also runs her nutritional therapy business and lectures at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
