Business Bootcamp Session Three: How to Scale a Sustainable Food Business & Food Start-Up Stories

This session from GetSet for Growth & Planet Mark Start will help you understand how to scale a sustainable food and drink business and how to stand out as a brand in a saturated food market. You will hear from sustainable food and drink business growth case studies from Papadeli and Strawberry Thief, followed by a panel discussion and networking.

Participants will be able to:

  • How to stand out and position yourself strongly in a saturated market
  • How to scale up (from kitchens, to pop-up’s onto bars and restaurants)
  • Factors to consider when choosing sustainable packaging
