Getting Pickled, Not Wasted

In the run up to Bristol Food Connections, Psychopomp Micro-Distillery are working with local restaurants to take waste foods and turn them into cocktails.

They’ve been pickling, fermenting and extracting flavour from the bits of food people all too readily throw away. This event features a set menu of three cocktails that showcase how to make delicious cocktail ingredients from everyday kitchen waste.
