Foods for Better Health Workshop with Grace Ekall of Taste Makossa

Grace survived breast cancer twice and she uses specific foods to help fight chronic inflammation in the body. She has been raising awareness on how important it is to stick to a rigorous daily routine with self-care as the focus. By the end of the workshop you will gain understanding of your role in helping your own body function properly – which includes mindfulness, nourishing and moving your body. These simple tips and techniques will help support your body natural function and support your general well being for your entire life! She also encourages people to cook their own meals.
