Fermented Folklore

Fermented Folklore unearths the history and mystery of a simple, but essential process – Fermentation.

The evening consists of four courses, created by Bristol cook, grower and fermenter, Jo Boswell. Each dish showcases the finest local ingredients and has a form of fermentation at its core. Along the way, every morsel will be expertly matched with the world’s best ciders and perries, by global expert, Gabe Cook, aka The Ciderologist.

But the tales and folklore surrounding fermentation are as fascinating and integral as the process itself, and these will be brought to life through life through storytelling and song in between each course.

Join Jo and Gabe for a truly unique journey through time, taste and space!
