An Evening of Cameroonian Cuisine at Commonwealth House with Grace Ekall *SOLD OUT*

An evening of Cameroonian inspired food, cocktails and music, sharing the true spirit of Makossa. Embark on a journey of discovery through five delicious courses, each one capturing the flavours of this little-known cuisine.

The diet of Sub-Saharan Africa is one of the healthiest in the world and this night’s menu incorporates traditional ingredients such as avocados, plantains, cassava and tropical fruit. The evening begins with canapés and a signature Makossa cocktail, followed by traditional delicacies such as poulet fumé and truly irresistible beignets. Expect a few French twists but the essence of Cameroonian food lies firmly in Africa.

Sustainable and ethically sourced wine will be served with the meal, so eat, drink, relax and enjoy the captivating rhythm of Makossa, Cameroon’s most popular music.
