Business Bootcamp Session Two: The Do’s and Don’ts of Marketing & PR

Be guided through the essentials of food & drink marketing from Bristol’s glamourous foodie champions Duchess Media. Whether it’s coming up with mouthwatering social media posts, selling out events or working with the press and influencers, you’ll come away with plenty of ideas to spread the word about your business.

We’ll also hear from a selection of bars, restaurants & producers who are doing great things in this area, including Imogen from Season + Taste (Bakers & Co, Gambas, Masa + Mezcal), James Koch from The Gallimaufry & Suncraft and Kelly Sidgwick from Good Chemistry Brewing, in a panel discussion chaired by Dan Martin from Enterprise Nation.

In this session you will learn:

  • How to create a basic marketing & PR plan
  • How to take your social media from basic to brilliant
  • How to work with the press
  • The basics of influencer marketing
  • What you can do in-house, and when to outsource your marketing
