Join Barny Haughton and a team of young chefs from the Square Food Foundation‘s ‘How to be a Chef’ programme as they prepare a midsummer feast, bursting with the flavours of the South West in June.

Square Food Foundation teaches people from all walks of life to cook good food from scratch. Founded by award-winning food educator, Barny Haughton, Square Food offers life-changing cookery courses and classes that promise to inform, encourage and inspire your approach to cooking.
