Join a live recording of At the Sauce, the independent food podcast from Bristol, to hear Alex Ryder and Karis Bouher talk to four local food guests about the answer to that very question.

Pam is a director atPamLloyd PR which looks after PR, marketing and social media for food and drink businesses in Bristol, the south west and beyond.

Verity Foss
Verity is the co-owner of Oowee Diner and Oowee Vegan, some of the best burgers you can get your chops around.

Sara Venn
Sara Venn is a horticulturalist and food activist who founded Incredible Edible Bristol in 2014 and who’s work now sees her supporting communities to create beautiful and productive gardens from lost and unloved spaces across the city of Bristol.

Adrian Kirikmaa
Adrian, who is Bristol born and bred, is the Food Development Manager at St Monica’s Trust. Adrian is currently involved in much charity work, including Bristol Soup Run Trust, ARA dementia and loneliness in the community. He champions cooking with the local community to outreach parts of Bristol that need support.

Audience members are invited to take part in the Q&A, so come armed with a question or two.
