Cooking Demo with Adrian Kirikmaa and FareShare South West

Theme: Get Cooking, Future of Food, Festival Hub
    Venue: Festival Hub, City Centre
    On: Friday 15th June
    Time: 1:00 pm
Address: Bristol Energy Hub, Waterfront, BS1 5UH

Bristol chef and tireless community organiser Adrian Kirikmaa will be proving just how good surplus food can taste by cooking up some delicious dishes from fresh, in date food that would have otherwise gone to waste. FareShare South West will give him the challenge of making meals made entirely from food from the FSSW warehouse. Each week, FSSW redistributes around 30 tonnes of surplus food from the food industry and redistributes it to over 150 charity members across the South West. Adrian founded The Food School, has received a Lord Mayor’s medal for charity work, recently opened new Keynsham restaurant B Block and much more! He won’t know what ingredients he’ll be faced with, so he’ll be giving us all a lesson in creative cooking!

This is a free event and lasts 45 mins, no need to book just get yourself along to the Festival Hub in good time.
