Petals, Leaves and Seeds: cooking garden treasures with Lia Leendertz

Bristol-based garden writer Lia Leendertz will demonstrate ways to make use of the hidden larder of flavours in the garden, which in May will include spring flowers and the leaves of fruit trees. These unusual and beautiful tastes can be teased out with a few simple techniques, which Lia will demonstrate while she makes dishes from her beautiful new book Petal, Leaf, Seed: Cooking with the Treasures of the Garden.
