The Spotted Cow is offering a special dish showcasing some of the fantastic local ingredients available in the region. The dish, Stream Farm Whole Rainbow Trout Baked in Ginger & Chilli with Rhubarb Salsa and Radish Salad, will be available during the festival. They will also be hosting a special event:

• Thursday 8^th:  West Country Seafood night
  The evening will have a special fish themed menu and each dish will highlight ingredients we can source on our own doorstep.
