The British Street Food Awards - West & Wales Heat

The British Street Food Awards, founded by Award-winning Sunday Times journalist & Radio 4 broadcaster Richard Johnson, have been recognising street foodies for their talents for the past five years.

Last year the Bristol Eats (BEATS) street food collective won the award for best collective, so it makes sense that the south west regional heat takes place in the buzzing culinary city of Bristol. Chefs from all over the southwest of England and south Wales will be gathering to show off their fare.

Expect food from the far reaches of the culinary world. From Momo’s to Pizza and from Burgers to Samosas. The competition is judged by spectators and more importantly indulgers. Punters will be asked to cast their vote to decide who is the best of the best. To find out how to vote visit the British Street Food website.

Entry is free and there will be a bar as well as live music.
