Romy’s Kitchen will be running a 10 course tasting menu of traditional Indian food, made with locally sourced ingredients for the duration of the festival.  Priced at just £25 per person, dishes include, bonda, paneer, spicy crab cakes and mixed seasonal vegetables. Bonda
Grated potatoes, desiccated coconut, ginger and my blend of spices.

Shammi Kebab
Minced lamb cooked with chana dal, green chillies & my blend of spices.

Paneer
Paneer (Indian Cheese) marinated in spices, honey red Kashmiri chillies, and corn flour and pomegranate paste.

Spicy Crab Cakes
Cooked with my blend of spices, ginger, garlic, white poppy seeds and chickpea flour.

Mixed Seasonal Vegetables
Cooked with ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes chilli and my blend of spices.

Dal Makhani
Pulses cooked with ginger, garlic, tomato puree, cream and my blend of spices.

Chilli Chicken
Boneless Chicken cooked with onions ginger, garlic, onions, green peppers chillies, and my blend of spices.

Goat Meat
Cooked in Bengali style with ginger, garlic, onions, blend of spices and potatoes.

Achari Ghost
Lamb cooked in 5-spice mix, ginger, garlic, onions & red Kashmiri chillies.

Monkfish
Cooked with spices and onions, tomato puree & creamed coconut

Mango Shrikhand
Yogurt, Mango and crushed green cardamoms seeds.
Saffron and green cardamom Ice-cream.

These dishes will be accompanied with Rice, Naans, Salad and dips.

All dishes except Naan are gluten free.
