River Cottage Canteen Bristol is bringing its menu to life by highlighting local growers on the menu from across the city who supply the kitchen with fresh, seasonal produce. By doing so, the canteen hopes to encourage guests to start a conversation and show their support for the city’s finest food suppliers.
