Meluha is offering a locally sourced menu drawing on the ancient Indian ayurvedic system. Meaning ‘life-knowledge’, the system explores how to eat for optimum balance. The menu will combine a unique, tantalizing and delicious blend of ancient and modern natural science, reflecting the Food Connections focus on natural eating, supporting local and food education. Then to celebrate the end of the festival week (11th) Chef Gomes will host a special ‘Heritage’ Chefs Table. 12 courses created live at the table using recipes learnt from his forebears with a touch of food science.
