Mark’s Bread

291 North St, Bedminster
Mark’s Bread is bringing back some traditional Bristolian recipes for the festival. They will be baking Colston Buns – a bun named after Sir Edward Colston made of a yeast dough and fruit. Due to Edward Colston’s dubious links to slavery, Mark’s Bread are donating 10% of the price of the buns to an anti-slavery charity. They are also making a Southville Hop barm bread made using Bristol Beer Factory beer, spelt grain, potatoes and organic flour.
