Foraged Feast

This Foraged Feast will be prepared by cooking legend 2-Michelin-starred David Everitt-Matthias, chef-patron at Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham, in Long Ashton village hall.

Recently nominated Good Food Guide Chef of the Year, David has been foraging for over 26 years and one of his foragers will be at the Feast to introduce the wild ingredients on the four-course menu.

This once-in-a-lifetime event is run by ‘Feast with a Chef’ which brings the food of top chefs to the informal setting of a village hall. Feast with a Chef is running another Feast on Friday 9th May at the same location.
