Endangered Foods Feast

It’s not just wildlife that’s endangered, many of our foods are too, and if we don’t eat them we may lose them.

Richard Davies, Michelin-starred chef at The Manor House, Castle Combe, (and winning
contestant on BBC2’s Great British Menu), is cooking a four-course Feast using some of Britain’s endangered foods in Long Ashton village hall. Producers of these foods will be at the Feast to talk about how they’re reared or made.

The Feast is run by Feast with a Chef which brings the cooking of some of Britain’s top chefs to the informal setting of a village hall.
