East Bristol Bakery are baking plenty of treats for the festival. From a ‘forgotten loaf’ made from the ancient grain Einkorn to a ‘connected loaf’ using ingredients that start in Cornwall and journey through the Mendips and Dorset before making the special Bristolian loaf. They are also working with local allotment growers to source their ingredients as locally as possible – make sure you get over there!
