Cheese School

Cheese School is about teaching people how to taste cheese, how to understand food
and drink - where it’s come from, how it’s made and why that matters. At Cheese
School, we reveal how one simple ingredient - milk - can turn out so many different
ways and can be paired in many different ways.

Fiona Beckett and Jess Trethowan will be joined by Laura Hart of Harts Bakery, Charlie
