City of Bristol College wants to showcase its restaurant and students to show what a fantastic job they do. They aim to encourage as many people as possible to be inspired by their cookery courses and learn how to cook professionally to help support Bristol’s growing food economy. Their Barista’s will provide a coffee tasting, using locally roasted coffee beans from Wogan’s of Bristol from direct sources. There will also be a selection of canapés and homemade cakes prepared and cooked by the students. The front of house team will also be shaking up some summer gin cocktails for tasting from their selection of local gins.
