Food Jam Volunteers

Various sites around Bristol, Tuesday 3rd May to Friday 6th May

Food Jam is an interactive, outside ‘cooking to music’ event where people make something to eat whilst moving their feet. This gig is for volunteers who love working with surplus food, inspiring healthy eating and engaging people whilst grooving to music. Volunteers in the morning gather surplus veg and fruit from local venues to be turned into soup, smoothies and frozen fruit-cream. Volunteers in the afternoon show the public how to make smoothies and fruit-cream in blenders, as well as doing a little bit of dancing and maybe some washing up! Sign up to be a Food Jammer below.
