Home to a changing array of tasty and tempting pop-up restaurants, the kitchen takeover at The Hillgrove during Food Connections is by Smoking Buns who are offering Bristol Food Card holders two burgers and two sides for £12 from 6pm Monday 2nd – 9pm Thursday 5th May. (One card = two burgers).
Smoking Buns have a message to spread - burgers are best when they’re simple. Theirs have fresh, grain fed, chuck mince, soft and slightly sweetened brioche bun, all wrapped up tight make the ingredients melt together. Smoking buns has a network of suppliers across the country so that no produce travels further than 50 miles to any event and the local economy is supported as much as possible.
